DeFaveri is not just another contractor. They listen to their client and take tremendous pride in their work. They hire some of the best trades I have seen; very professional and knowledgeable. As with any big construction job, there are bound to be some bumps along the way, but DeFaveri always stepped up and made the best decisions with the end result that I now have a new building that I can be proud of. I will never forget the words of John DeFaveri at that initial meeting: “don’t worry, we will deliver you a great product”. Well, I believe you have. For that, I am grateful and I thank you.

DeFaveri’s style in maintaining a high level of communication through all mediums provided a great comfort that my project was in great hands. There was never a moment of having to chase or question the status of the project. During all occasions and without my efforts, DeFaveri took ownership of the project and went to assertive mode with other project team members to make sure the project was built with fairness by respecting the project’s budget.

As we had relatively little construction experience, we were impressed by the patience and care shown by everyone in their organization. Their attention to detail, follow up and genuine concern for the cost of the project was very much appreciated.

The greatest compliment we can give DeFaveri though is we awared them the contract to construct our new 15,000 square foot Rose City Chysler facility in 2013 without going through the tendering process. The trust that was built through the Fiat project, allowed us the confidence to continue to deal with DeFaveri, understanding that the costs and the quality would both be in line.

DeFaveri’s site team was responsive and proactive. The site team was well supported by the office: paperwork was clear and distribution of documents was timely and organized.

The DeFaveri staff were knowledgeable, skilled and worked well with others. Subcontractors were well chosen. As Project Manager for the Owner, I was pleased with DeFaveri’s performance. I look forward to future renovation and addition projects at schools with DeFaveri Group of Companies and recommend you consider them for similar work.

DeFaveri Group of Companies was helpful in achieving successful solution to challenges that occurred on this project, and worked diligently, proactively, and effectively to keep costs and schedule on track.

As with any renovation project existing condition are not always documented properly and not reflected in the design. DeFaveri managed the existing condition quite well heading off potential problems by addressing the issue to the consultants immediately, as well as presenting potential problems to resolve any issues that arose while maintaining the design and concepts of the space.

By use of creative and innovative methods, DeFaveri Group of Companies met and exceeded our expectations without creating any disruption to our everyday operations.
