Working within limited access to construction space, architectural changes and budget consciousness, Wellness Suites is a 9-story, 108,000 SFT residential building complete with 76 units, conference room, underground parking, and a future rooftop terrace. This sophisticated building is complete with a library and medical center on the main floor which includes a therapy gymnasium equipped with change rooms and sauna and also offers access to a serene dining venue with a licensed wine bar and commercial chefs’ kitchen. The majority of the residential units have exterior balconies accented with glass railings. This building is a completion of cast-in-place concrete shear walls, hollow core floor structure and an exterior mix of stone and EFIS. Specialized in wood and glass finishes that express the extensive detail and craftmanship, the beautiful additions and finishes to the lobby and interior waterfall showcase the customization of this project.
