This subdivision project for Losani Homes now houses just shy of 250 residential properties connecting to an existing neighbourhood in Lincoln. This site is complete with 2,100 linear metres of sanitary and storm sewers as well as watermain. When DeFaveri arrived, this site was partially graded, however there was some additional work required in order to finalize the pre-grading, prior to site servicing. As this small town was welcoming a new, large subdivision, there were some challenges with town staff and nearby residents and the crews on site had to work many long hours to complete this project within the allotted schedule. Many of the existing conditions and pre-engineering differed and, as a result, some in-field adjustments had to be made. The subdivision was completed prior to the winter holidays, allowing the client to apply for their building permits on schedule and in a timely manner.
