Vista Condos

Vista Condos was built on a bench, midway up the Niagara escarpment in a small, sometimes challenging construction space. This project is made up of three buildings, each six stories with 50,000 SFT of space, complete with 40,000 SFT of underground parking, a 15,000 SFT mezzanine and two 3,500 SFT terraces. This building bears on piles driven 40FT into bedrock. With its unique design and interesting location, this job required the use of i-Span structure and two tower cranes, in which these buildings were constructed around. During the duration and completion of this project, certain obstacles were faced such as COVID delays, obtaining permits and using the i-SPAN structure. The completion of Vista Condos in March 2020 has added beauty in an already beautiful Hamilton location.
