A 20,000 SFT conventional structural steel building with a 4,500 SFT mezzanine, architectural pre-cast panels and featuring attractive aluminum composite panel and canopies. This building was given upgraded seamless mirrored curtain wall glazing spanning uninterrupted by 2 floors. This project required using 300LFT of precast blocks for perimeter property retaining wall at an average of 7ft tall. With this location having unsatisfactory bearing capacity for foundations, we excavated 6FT below underside of footing and filled with unshrinkable fill. Impressed with DeFaveri execution we were awarded all 3 units for tenant fit ups contracts.
