380 & 400 McNeilly Road, Stoney Creek, ON

A combined 240,000 SFT of Pre-Engineered Steel Structures finished with Insulted Metal Panel, these two, multi-tenant, finished office spaces stand 32ft tall and include a second floor Mezzanine. They are complete with a feature curtain wall glazing corner and 10 aluminum composite panel and curtain wall entrances. Completed within the estimated building time of 8 months each, despite 5 months of shut down due to COVID restrictions. This project also completed a total of 18 saw tooth loading dock foundations, superstructure, loading docks and overhead doors that were added mid-way through the project to accommodate the tenant. DeFaveri facilitated the tenant fit up construction for all 4 available units.
