Residential and Earthworks
This project included earthworks and site servicing for client Dawn Victoria. The client was building a townhouse complex made up of 137 units. This site required upwards of 10,000 cubic metres of earthworks in order to be able to complete the site servicing. This project had some external works to connect the sanitary and storm sewers to the existing infrastructure on Park Road. This came with some coordination with the Town of Brantford and their other works in the area in order to stage the construction timeline. Due to this site being a townhouse complex, it came with some close quarters for site servicing within the roadways, along with a large ADS Stormtech tank installation underneath the future park lands. The total servicing package included 1,000 linear metres of storm/sanitary and watermain on site. There were a few design issues on site with regards to the storm sewer outfall conflicting with the existing gas main along Park Road. As a result, there were some field delays and field fitting required on site to resolve the issue.
