Career: General Labour

DeFaveri Construction always seeks dedicated and hardworking labourer’s to join our ever-growing team. As a general labourer, you will have a broad range of physically demanding tasks to complete at each job site on a day-to-day basis. You will work closely with the site supervisor to help complete the tasks needed.

Your responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:

• Perform general labor tasks as assigned by the site supervisor
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Operate hand and power tools as required
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of construction
• Ability to work outdoors in all different types of weather conditions
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Valid Driver’s License
